MTECH, a Singapore-based distributor of the growing IT security and storage industry was growing at a fast pace and needed to align itself quickly and correctly with its multi-national principals. In its numerous marketing campaigns to distribute the range of represented products, MTECH found itself to be in a situation where they had to project the right image and branding of themselves as well as their principals

PLAN
Nota Bene had to quicky understand the industry which MTECH was in and this process included the understanding of each one of their principals’ brands and how it should be applied in a local market. It was also critical to help build MTECH’s brand equity during this time, and a large part of this was the conceptualisation and development of an annual event for i-Security.

EXECUTE
The fruit of months of planning is now a very successful annual event known as SX (SecurityExchange). NotaBene worked very closely with MTECH’s staff to develop a thematic approach for each year. This included illustration, slogans and a host of supporting design elements. This theme was applied in numerous mediums to create awareness and to drive interested people to register as guests. We applied them to magazines, tabloids, eDMs, direct mailers, a web site, online games, enviromental graphics, door gifts, event attire and more.

INSPIRE
To-date, SX events are always overbooked. Nota Bene continues to support MTECH and their principals in their marketing activities within S.E. Asia.
