The directors of The Butcher wanted to overhaul their existing website which was deemed to be clumsy and ineffcient. They also needed to redesign their marketing and advertising materials which were looking dated, dull and uninspired. A more aggressive marketing plan was in the works and they needed the right team to work with.

Nota Bene stepped in and immediately crafted an overall change in the way The Butcher would be portrayed in all marketing materials by introducing a mascot named “Sam”. Plans were laid as to how, when and where Sam would be used.

A new sophisticated website was developed with a customised membership, shopping, discount and CRM program. An advertising blitz was carried out in numerous exaptriate magazines as well as other promotional activities and giveaways like their very popular fridge magnets. Seasonal promotions were more pronounced with better quality advertisments being developed.

The Butcher’s website is seeing a substantial increase in online sales, this site is fully updated and managed by their own staff. Nota Bene continues to support The Butcher in most of their marketing and advertising activities.
