LISTEN
All they had was a name for their product, a special pillow which promises to help you sleep better. The directors wanted something that could differentiate their pillows from the many hundreds out in the market. It was recognised that it will be very difficult to penetrate into an already very competitive market that has established players with popular brands, proper distribution and sales channels in place.

PLAN
By breaking down the obstacles into smaller pieces, Nota Bene was able to lead the clients to tackle each issue one at a time. There were plans for a brand logo, selection of brand colours, a website, marketing collaterals and even the packaging and instructions for the pillow. A novel but improtant move was to provide for a guarantee with the pillow, a first, we believe in Singapore.

EXECUTE
A new logo was developed with appropriate colours chosen. The collaterals, website, warranty cards, instruction sheets and packaging was done quickly to help meet production deadlines. And soon these premium quality pillows were ready to be packed and delivered to their customers.

INSPIRE
In its initial phase by doing direct sales with consumers, Adiuvo Pillows are constantly gaining ground and winning new customers all the time. The information online, collaterals as well as the impressive packaging with its supporting elements, looks to be a real contender in the market - look out for it soon!
